These Terms of Service govern your use of LevelsPharmacy software and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LevelsPharmacy software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a pharmacy or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Services

LevelsPharmacy provides a cloud-based pharmacy and medical-store management platform including modules for inventory, batch & expiry tracking, the sale counter (POS), purchases, sales returns, storage locations, multi-store management and reports. The specific modules available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Subscription and payment

LevelsPharmacy is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, priced per store. Fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST.

4. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all store, inventory, sales, purchase and customer data you enter into LevelsPharmacy. We process this data only to provide our services. Upon termination, we will provide an export of your data in a standard format within 30 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LevelsPharmacy for any unlawful purpose, to violate customer privacy, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform. You are responsible for complying with drug-licensing and sale regulations applicable to your business.

6. Regulatory obligations

LevelsPharmacy provides tools to help you manage stock, billing and controlled-drug records. However, you remain responsible for complying with your drug licence conditions, GST obligations, and all applicable pharmacy and retail regulations. We provide technical tools; regulatory compliance remains with you.

7. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for our platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance. In case of downtime exceeding our SLA, credits may be applied to your account as per our SLA policy.

8. Limitation of liability

LevelsPharmacy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Dispensing decisions and the sale of medicines remain the sole responsibility of the pharmacy and its qualified staff.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use. Upon termination, access is revoked and data export is provided.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
